Sunday

Sundays are still the weekend, and they shouldn’t be made stressful because of meal prep. After all, food should be fun! Here is a great set of meals to get the week started strong.

Tip — Make a double batch of Sunday’s Lentil Chili and Monday’s Brown Rice Pilaf if your schedule is full. These vegetarian delights will freeze well and reheat like a champ.
